The t‑shirt bar

Order at the bar, but for shirts. Guests build their combo and we press it while they watch.

A t-shirt bar runs like your favorite coffee shop: a menu on the wall, a counter full of options, and a maker behind it turning your order into the real thing while you watch. Guests pick their garment (tee, hoodie, tote), their color, their size, and their design — then the press does its thing and the finished piece lands in their hands warm. Same machinery as our classic station, but the experience is built around choice.

The menu is the magic

We help you design a tight, irresistible menu: usually three or four designs across two or three garment styles in a curated color palette. Enough combinations that every guest builds something personal — the gray hoodie with the small chest hit, the cream tee with the big back print — but tight enough that the line keeps moving and every combo looks intentional. We display printed samples on a menu wall so guests can point at what they want.

Where t-shirt bars shine

Weddings love them as the favor station that doubles as late-night entertainment. Corporate planners run them at onboarding events and summits, where "pick your fit" beats "here's your unisex XL" by a mile. Retail and brand activations use them to move guests from spectators to participants — nobody forgets the shirt they speced themselves. And at private parties, the bar IS the activity: guests hang around it the way they'd hover near the taco guy.

Mix methods behind the bar

Behind the counter we can run screen presses, a DTF station, or both — screens for the bold house designs, DTF for full-color art and name personalization. Guests don't see the difference in workflow; they just see their exact order coming together.

Pour one out for the swag table

The t-shirt bar prices like our standard live printing events — most land between $5K and $15K all-in depending on guest count, hours, and garment mix. Send your date and a rough headcount through the work order and we'll sketch your menu in the first reply, free.
