The event gallery

Ballrooms, convention floors, sidewalks, courtyards — every photo here is a real Merch Troop station mid-show.

What you're looking at

A few field notes for the curious. The purple-lit gala frames show the standard press build mid-show — a four-color press, flash dryer, and garment table tucked into roughly a 10×10 ft footprint, with the screen going up while the cocktail crowd watches. Each press clears up to 60 shirts an hour, and the lattice wall of finished tees behind the pallet is the design menu: guests point at a sample, then watch their own copy load on and come off warm.

The daytime frames are the personalization side of the operation. The tote station runs canvas bags through live customization while guests watch theirs stitched and pressed, and the sidewalk pop-up and trailer build-outs are how the same station travels outdoors. The folded stacks on the conference merch table aren't pre-printed inventory — they're the day's output accumulating in real time. And the guests holding patch bags and wearing chenille-letter caps? That's the walk-away moment we build the whole booth around.
