Live screen printing

The headliner. Mesh, ink, and a squeegee pull your guests will crowd around all night.

There are faster ways to put ink on a shirt, but none of them draw a crowd. Live screen printing is the original — a mesh screen burned with your design, a flood of plastisol ink, and one smooth squeegee pull that transfers the print right in front of your guests. The screen lifts, the art appears, and thirty seconds under the flash dryer later somebody's walking away in a shirt that didn't exist a minute ago. People line up three-deep just to watch.

What the station includes

Our standard live screen printing station is two presses, two professional printers, flash dryers, and a garment table stocked XS–4XL in your chosen colors. Before the event we art-direct your designs — usually two to four bold, one- to three-color graphics that look incredible coming off a screen — and burn each onto its own screen at our Fullerton shop. On site, the station occupies about a 10×10 ft footprint and runs off two standard 120V circuits.

Built for volume and theater at once

Each press clears up to 60 shirts an hour, so the standard setup handles 100+ shirts hourly without the line stalling. For bigger crowds we add presses and printers, and for art that needs full color or guest names we pair the presses with a DTF transfer station. Screen printing handles tees, hoodies and crewnecks, and tote bags equally happily — same screens, same show.

Why planners pick it

Because it solves two problems with one booth. You need merch people actually keep, and you need something for guests to do. Live screen printing is both: an activity with a souvenir at the end. There are zero leftover boxes (nothing prints until a guest claims it), every shirt is the right size, and the ink is cured to retail quality — these shirts survive the wash, not just the night.

The fine print, minus the fine print

Most events land between $5K and $15K depending on guest count, hours, and garments. Orange County, LA, and San Diego carry no travel fee; everywhere else in the country is a travel line on an otherwise identical quote. Send the date and headcount through the work order form and you'll have an itemized number within 24 hours.
