The brutal math of a trade show floor: attendees give your booth three seconds. A spinning prize wheel buys you ten. A working screen-printing press buys you minutes — the pull is hypnotic, the line is social proof, and the shirt that leaves your booth is a walking billboard with legs and a lanyard. By day two, people are asking each other where the shirt came from. That's the whole funnel.
Engineered for booth life
We build to your space: a single press tucked into a 10×20 inline, or a multi-press showpiece anchoring an island — like the three-press "Hot Off The Press" build we ran on a convention floor, sign and all. Power needs are two 120V circuits per press (standard show power orders), the footprint per station is about 10×10 ft, and we handle drayage coordination, COIs, and show-decorator paperwork without drama. Setup happens during move-in; we're pulling test prints before the aisle carpet is down.
The lead-capture angle
A shirt takes about two minutes to print — which is exactly the conversation window your booth staff dreams about. Standard play: attendee picks a design, badge gets scanned while the press runs, rep talks while the dryer cures, warm shirt closes the loop. The line itself qualifies: people who'll wait four minutes for your shirt will take your demo. Some teams gate premium garments (a hoodie tier) behind a demo or meeting booked — shameless, effective.
Design for the floor
The winning trade-show shirt is only quietly branded — a great graphic first, your logo second. Attendees won't wear a billboard, but they'll absolutely wear a good shirt with your mark on the sleeve, which is better advertising anyway. We art-direct two to four floor-tested options; a DTF station adds full-color art and name personalization, and totes give you the high-volume giveaway lane.
Get the booth people talk about
Most single-show activations land between $5K and $15K, scaling with presses, days, and garment volume. We're convention-center natives — Anaheim, Vegas, San Diego, Chicago, wherever the circuit goes. Send your show, dates, and booth size through the work order and we'll spec the build within 24 hours.
