Festivals are a stress test for any merch operation: thousands of people, surge waves between sets, weather, and a crowd that can smell boring from three booths away. Live printing was built for this. The presses are the spectacle that pulls people over, and the throughput math — up to 60 shirts an hour per press, with stations scaled to your crowd — keeps the line moving even when a headliner just ended.
Built for the outdoors
Our festival stations run under canopies on level ground with two 120V circuits per station (a quiet inverter generator covers fields with no power). Heat, wind, and 10-hour days are normal operating conditions; the only thing we ask cover from is direct rain. We've printed on closed-off streets, fairground midways, and stadium concourses — anywhere a 10×10 booth fits, the show runs.
The volume playbook
For all-day events we mix methods deliberately. Screen presses run the signature one- or two-color festival design at maximum speed. A DTF heat-press row handles the full-color poster art and personalization. Totes act as the volume valve — they print fastest and cost least, so everybody can leave with ink even when the shirt line is deep. Multiple stations across the grounds beat one mega-booth; we'll map it with your site plan.
Fundraisers, fairs, and school events
The same machinery scales down beautifully: a two-press station at a school carnival, a church fundraiser, or a city street fair turns the commemorative shirt into the day's main attraction. Kids watching their own shirt print is reliably the best moment on the midway. For ticketed fundraisers, live printing also gives sponsors a logo placement people actually take home.

Festival builds vary more than any other event type, but the same anchor holds: most land between $5K and $15K, with multi-station, multi-day builds quoted custom.
