The drive from Fullerton is four hours, which makes Las Vegas our most-visited road market: the presses ride out on the 15, print a kickoff or a convention booth, and roll home before the weekend rate hike.
The Vegas event stack
Trade-show booths at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Venetian Expo, and Mandalay Bay — our three-press convention build with overhead signage was made for this floor. Sales kickoffs and incentive events at Strip hotel ballrooms from Aria to Resorts World. Corporate buyouts on Fremont East, team dinners in the Arts District, and the occasional Summerlin country-club wedding that wants the after-party energy cranked.
Show-floor natives
Vegas shows mean drayage deadlines, rigged power drops, and decorator paperwork — we speak all of it. The rider stays simple (10×10 ft per station, two 120V circuits, standard show power), setup happens during move-in, and badge-scan-while-it-prints is the lead-capture rhythm your booth staff will want every show after. The kickoff move
A sales kickoff in Vegas was one of our favorite events to date: region-themed designs, a hoodie tier for presidents-club reps, and a line that ran through both general-session breaks. For multi-day programs we re-skin the menu daily, so day two prints different bragging rights than day one.
Travel math, stated plainly
Vegas adds a travel line to the standard quote — drive time and lodging at cost, no padding. Most Vegas events still land in the $5K–$15K range. Date, venue, and headcount into the work order gets the itemized version within 24 hours.
